That rate is per boat, not per person — our NAVAN S30 takes up to ten guests — and a professional skipper is always included. Fuel is the only thing on top, billed on actual usage. A full day means eight hours on the water, typically 10:00–18:00, and we stay flexible on timing. For dates between the bands — June, say — the live calendar on our prices page shows the exact rate for your day before you commit to anything.
What the price includes (starting with the skipper)
Every charter comes with a professional skipper. Not an optional extra, not a line that appears at checkout — always. Nobody in your group needs a boat licence, and nobody spends the day squinting at a chartplotter instead of enjoying the water. Our skipper handles the navigation, the anchoring and the judgement calls about wind and swell; you handle the swimming.
The boat itself is a NAVAN S30, a premium day boat with twin Mercury V8 outboards, quilted sunpads on the bow, an aft bench with a folding teak table, shade sails fore and aft off the black T-top, a private toilet below deck and even a small double cabin if someone needs a nap. Snorkelling gear and a Bluetooth sound system are on board as standard, at no extra charge.
Fuel: the honest asterisk
This is the part most price pages mumble through, so let's be clear: fuel is charged separately, based on what the engines actually burn during your day. You are not paying a padded flat fee that assumes everyone crosses to Formentera; you pay for your route, and nothing more.
How much that is depends almost entirely on where you point the bow. A relaxed day on our home east coast — Cala Llonga, Es Canar, Tagomago about twenty minutes from the marina — uses noticeably less than the full-day Formentera trip or the Es Vedrà and west-coast route, which cover far more water. Tell us the plan when you book and our skipper will give you an honest idea of the likely fuel bill before we cast off. A calm cruising pace keeps it lower; flat-out everywhere raises it. No mystery, just physics.
The extras menu — and what we'd actually order
Everything below is optional. The boat, the skipper and the eight hours are complete without any of it.
- Drinks package — €35 pp: cava, beer, soft drinks and plenty of ice, chilled in the onboard cooler.
- Food package — €45 pp: a Mediterranean lunch board, fresh fruit and water, laid out on the teak table at anchor.
- Cocktail package — €65 pp: premium cocktails, actually mixed on board.
- Inflatable SUP — €50: for exploring quiet coves at water level.
- Seabob — €250: the underwater scooter, briefing included.
Our honest take: the drinks package earns its keep on almost every charter — cold cava glasses sweating on the teak table while the anchor chain rattles out in a quiet cove is something no supermarket bag matches. The Seabob is the splurge people talk about for weeks.
So how much does it cost to charter a boat in Ibiza per person?
Here is where a private charter surprises people. The rate is per boat, so with a full group of ten it works out at roughly €100 per person in low season (€999 ÷ 10) and about €175 per person at the very top of August (€1,750 ÷ 10). The shoulder months land in between: €1,250–€1,450 split ten ways is €125–€145 each.

Booking, deposit and the fine print that isn't fine print
You book online with a 30% deposit; the rest is settled on the day, and cash is fine. Fuel is settled at the end, based on actual usage. If Formentera is the plan, our team can reserve a beach-restaurant table for you in advance — August tables go early.
And if budget is the deciding factor: look hard at May, September and October. Same boat, same skipper, same water — the sea stays warm well into autumn — with a number at the bottom of the invoice up to roughly €750 lighter than peak August.
